Last year - we had a little valentine’s day heart party and it was such a fun, colourful and happy little party! I figured I would share some of my ideas and things I am loving this year, and some of my favourite things from last year’s party too!

As always, A Little Confetti has THE CUTEST party decorations! I definitely had to narrow down my favourites - but here they are!

I love finding fun outfits for Lauren to wear to our party, and to school for Valentine’s day! H&M always has affordable basics, and I loved the red + pink striped dress from Hanna Andersson.

ALSO: I don’t know if I’ve been living under a rock? But I somehow just discovered the Rise Little Earthlings collection from Toy’s R Us and I love ALL OF IT! Here are my Valentine’s Day picks:

For boys - I loved this little crewneck, and found a few more sweaters that would be cute too.

and you KNOW i love a good holiday PJ set - so here are a few cutie ones:

other fun things - this heart shaped waffle maker (which works surprisingly well!), coffee mug, an heart pillow. I mean if its going to be winter for like 2 more months we might as well get cozy at home, right?

This little snack mix (photo above) was a fun activity to make with Lauren, and she brought little snack bags of it for her preschool friends!

and obviously accessories! heart socks, heart-shaped mini backpack, heart sunglasses… it keeps going!

I always like giving my kids a book for valentine’s day (and also any holiday) but here are the one’s I’ll be giving them this year: (and here’s my list of all our favs!)

I also still need to decide on this year’s valentine’s day treats for Lauren’s classmates! You can download the cards I’ve made previously: last year we did these Tic-Tac-Toe cookies+cards, and the year before we did teddy graham “bear hugs” ones.
