st. patrick's day green pancakes

For a special breakfast on St. Patrick’s day this year, I whipped up these green pancakes with verrrry little effort! I keep this pancake mix on hand for quick and easy pancakes in the mornings, and today - I just blended it up with a bunch of kale to make it green, then whisked in an egg last. I added the apple slices for rainbows with yogurt and froot loops and bananas on top! Yum!
